And a separate clarification for sneaky asshole bosses: agreed payment for work doesn't disappear because you start talking about results. If you hired someone on certain terms, pay them on those terms. This text isn't a free license to screw people over. I'm talking about expecting to earn someone else's interest through the sheer amount of your own pain.
