Text size, reading background, bookmarks, reading positions and read markers stay in this browser’s local storage. The reading features do not send these values to the server. Offline text copies are saved in browser cache only when you choose “Save offline”.

You can remove these through Saved posts, or by clearing this site’s browser data. Browser storage is not encrypted by this site. Other people using the same browser profile may see it.

Analytics and requests

The production site is configured to load a Plausible analytics script through this site’s address. Reading remains available if the script is blocked or fails. Search submitted through the archive form becomes part of the page URL; URLs can appear in browser history, analytics or hosting logs.

Opening a page sends ordinary web requests to the hosting service. This can include your IP address, requested URL and browser information. Copying a quote uses your clipboard; system sharing hands the selected text and link to the app you choose.

Limits

This page does not promise anonymous browsing or zero server logs. Hosting and analytics retention settings have not been independently verified here. External links follow the privacy practices of their destinations.
