This applies to you too. If you understand everything, try not to make your understanding the main event in someone else's pain. Don't make them comfort you because now you feel ashamed. Fix what you can. Return it. Finish it. Give notice. Accept the refusal. Investigate why the promise failed another encounter with reality.
